VERY IMPORTANT: Read this entire product description. Make sure you know how this will work before ordering. As this is a 2 month pre-order, things will work differently from our normal products.
This product is stated as a 4-6 week lead time on the Crocs website. The cost on the Croc’s website for custom pairs is $70 — the extra $10 we are charging is to help cover costs related to payment processing as well as shipping (we lose money on shipping these, compared to what we charged). We should roughly breakeven on pairs sold at $80/pair. We are going to run this preorder from Dec 14th to Dec 21st at 11:59pm ET.
After that, we will send out an email blast to everyone who preordered with one last chance to change any sizes. You will have 24 hours to respond. If you do not respond with any changes, sizes will be locked in and we will place the order with Crocs sometime on Dec 23rd. After that point, sizes are 100% locked in and cannot be changed or updated for any reason. Additionally, after that point, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. We cannot do size exchanges.
If you include these in your order, your entire order will ship together (estimated late February 2024). If you need other items sooner, please place two separate orders. One for other items and one containing just this pre-order.
We can do size changes as long as you notify us via email before December 23rd (ie, Dec 22nd, or sooner). After that, the order is not changeable.
If you cannot agree to these terms, please do not include these in your order.
The sizes listed are Crocs’ sizing. If you are unsure what size Crocs you wear, you can check on the sole of your Crocs and it will say the size. Crocs has a size chart page located here. In this case, we are offering every size that Crocs offers for customization. For example, they do not offer “C” sizes, but they do offer “J” (aka Junior) sizes for customization. If you do not own Crocs and know your size, please check the size chart very very carefully as a wrong size ordered will simply be wasted money (or a gift for your friend) for you, as we cannot make changes or exchanges. It’s also worth considering trying on Crocs if you have any doubts and you have a local store.
We do not know the exact weight of these so we put in 1.5kg for each pair. This is likely high, especially for small sizes. Once we get these and we see how they’re packaged and we weigh some pairs, we’ll adjust this if we ever do a future pre-order.
For shipments, please do not ship these to anywhere that is not a secure address. For instance, if you have a busy urban address where packages are left on your front stoop while you’re at work, that’s a bad place to have these delivered. You are risking theft by shipping there, so please do not do it. We are not making money on these and we will not cover theft. If these are marked delivered, we cannot cover a missing package. We will only cover packages that are not marked delivered. We recommend shipping these to a work address or place with a mailroom — somewhere that someone can physically receive it rather than leaving it on a doorstep.
Since this does have a long pre-order time, address changes or updates can be made up until shipments happen when the items arrive from Crocs. You can also pay extra for USA-bound shipment signature confirmation at a later date (we don’t have this in our checkout, but you can request it by responding to your order email).
