Our systems work best with normal size names (ie, S, M, etc) so we have converted the sizes names as follows:

For another look at the sizes, check our photo of all five sizes in the black colorway. The top row is NB, 6 and 12 while the bottom row is 18 and 24. Because babies grow fast and you might only have a short window for a baby to wear some of these sizes, we highly encourage you to order one size up unless you’re 100% sure of wanting the smaller size. Many babies will be too big for the NB size almost immediately but even for those who can wear the NB, most will grow out of it within a couple weeks. If you’re ordering for a friend who’s having a baby soon, we highly encourage the 6 month (S) size in case they have a larger baby and also to let smaller babies grow into the onesie and have more than one chance to wear it.
While we will accept exchanges for a size down, we will not accept exchanges for a size up because we want to discourage orders for a borderline-too-small onesie. An example would be buying a 5 month old the 6 month version — don’t do this, get the 12!
