Printed on a female-cut Bella 6682 tank with water base ink. The blank being used is the “Dark Grey Heather” and it’s 52% airlume combed ring-spun cotton and 48% poly. The arm holes are raw edge and the back is a racerback cut.

Most designs will have some black in them, but only in a minor aspect. For instance, the lifter in the logo may have a black outline but the flag itself does not contain black. In those cases, the black ink will not be printed and that outline part (or similar) will just be see through to the charcoal fabric. You can see some examples of this on the main image on this page where black aspects were removed from some logos. For black garments, this is not an issue but it can make some flags look strange on charcoal if the state actually has black as a key part of the flag. Therefore, for states where black is an integral part of the flag design itself (ie, Maryland), the black ink will be printed.
